Lucie Baker will teach a Ballet Technique Class

This abbreviated, zoom friendly Ballet class will focus on musical weight shifting, expressive articulation of the body and use of evocative imagery to expand artistry. Emphasis is placed on anatomically appropriate alignment and balance. Be sure that you have a comfortable space to move in and something to act as a barre.
